Junk Food

Junk food is the food which doesn't have any beneficial materials for human body. but its delicious and full of energy.

Here are some reasons that why we ignore junk food from daily food.

First reason junk foods produce lots of energy in the body and it will save as a fat under the skin and become the cause of obesity.

Second reason using junk food make full stomach and there is not enough place for other useful food and become the cause of jadish.

Finally it will increase cholesterol level in the blood because when junk food produce energy it will go in the blood system and makes vein closer and becomes the cause of high blood cholesterol.

In conclusion eating junk food is harmful for human body. It become the cause of different illness like obesity, jadish and high blood cholesterol. We should Always use healthy food instead of junk food and improve our health, because health is the wealth.
