Exercise is such as activity which makes strong and healthy human body. It avoids human body from different sickness. here we have three advantages that indicate which exercise is very important for human. Firstly exercise will decreases psychological problem secondly it will remove muscles pain and finally it will make slim human body.
First advantage, exercise makes strong mind cells and decrease stress and depression. Human mind need fresh oxygen and fresh blood. In exercise time fresh oxygen go through the lungs and run via blood to the mind cells this fresh oxygen and blood make refresh human mind. Without exercise human mind can't breath correctly and will be tired and bored.
Second advantages, exercise will decrease muscles pains , because exercise makes active muscles. In exercise time when muscles moving quickly blood running to the muscles and muscles feed equally. without exercise muscles not moving and become lazy and painful.
Finally, exercise will keep slim human body. When human use greasy food , in digestive system all fats are burn and change to the energy.Exercise will waste all these energies.Otherwise these energies will save as fat under the skin and become the cause of obesity. And also it become the cause of high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol.
In conclusion, exercise is very important for being healthy. And keep human body from different sickness such as psychological problem, muscles pains, obesity , high blood pressure , high blood cholesterol. It's very important for every one to exercise every day and being healthy , because health is the wealth.
